RXFB Flush Pallet Rack Column Repair + Protect Components
Designed to repair damaged pallet rack columns and provide maximum protection from lift truck impact the RXFB is extremely durable, affordable and easy to install. Available for row formed and structural frames.
Fabricated of 3/16” wall tube steel, the RXFB includes a seismic or standard footplate in any size required for your pallet rack system. 11 ga collars reinforce the repair splice.
Cross braces are provided when needed and should be requested at time of order. Bottom horizontal is integrated into the component, diagonals and upper horizontals are optional.
Standard manufacturers pallet rack colors, safety yellow and orange are available at no charge. Custom color match is optional at a small additional charge.
RXFB can be welded (recommended) or bolted to the damaged pallet rack column.
RXFB is available from 16” high to 96” high damage, including damage above the load beams.
RXFB can be installed without unloading the pallet rack in most cases. However, if the damage is at or above the load beam, that beam level only, will need to be unloaded on both sides of the pallet rack column.

 Econo maX pallet rack repair components are designed for quick installation and provide protection against impact. Econo maX is available for most manufactured roll formed and structural framed pallet racks. Econo maX can be bolted with RXECB or welded with RXECW in place. Includes angle deflector or Bully column guard. All components include:

Our Premium Pallet Rack Repair + Protect Components
Designed and fabricated to repair + protect damaged pallet rack columns. RXA1A is a heavy duty component that has cross bracing integrated and repairs pallet rack damage that includes diagonal and upper horizontal cross braces. Available for row formed and structural frames.
Column is fabricated of ¼” wall tube steel, lower horizontal is channel, diagonal and upper horizontals are tube steel.
No additional guards are needed.
Weld in application only.
Standard manufacturers rack colors, safety yellow and orange are available at no charge. Custom color match is available for a small additional charge.
RXA1A is available for damage 36” to 96” high, including damage at or above the load beam.
