Our Sterling Conveyor system installation at a motorcycle parts distribution center in Franklin, Wisconsin allowed for greater efficiencies from their previous outdated Interlake Conveyor. Because the Sterling Conveyor runs in 33" zones, only the parts of the conveyor moving inventory are running at one single time, which saves cost by reducing the energy used.
In addition, a complementary pallet racking system and two 3-tier mezzanine systems were installed to further improve efficiency by picking inventory at this motorcycle parts distribution center.
