Pallet Racking Installers in Des Plaines, IL

Warehouse Racking Installation for Des Plaines Businesses

AJ Enterprises installs pallet racking for warehouses, distribution facilities and businesses in Des Plaines, Illinois. Whether you are setting up a new building, adding storage positions or changing an existing layout, our installers can help organize pallet storage around the way your team moves inventory.

We install new pallet racking systems and work on existing warehouse setups. Tell us what you store, how often pallets need to be accessed and what is limiting your current space. We can discuss a layout that accounts for storage capacity, forklift movement and day-to-day material handling.

Choose a Pallet Rack System for Your Inventory

The best use of warehouse space depends on more than the number of pallets you need to store. Product variety, turnover and access requirements all affect the racking configuration. AJ Enterprises installs several types of systems for different operations:

• Selective pallet racking gives forklift operators direct access to individual pallets and works well when you store many different products.
• Pushback and drive-in racking can increase storage density when larger quantities of similar products do not require direct access to every pallet.
• Pallet flow racking supports first-in, first-out inventory movement for products that need planned rotation.

We can discuss these options in the context of your Des Plaines facility, including available floor space, ceiling height, aisle access and how inventory enters and leaves the building.

Installation, Reconfiguration and Rack Repair

A new installation is only one reason to call warehouse racking installers. A facility expansion may require more rack rows or a different configuration. A move may require existing equipment to be taken down before a new layout can be installed. AJ Enterprises also provides warehouse disassembly for businesses changing or leaving a facility.

If damaged rack components are the main concern, ask us about pallet racking repair. Repairing a damaged section may be a practical option when the rest of the system still serves your operation. Our team can discuss the damage and the work needed before you commit to replacing an entire rack run.
